AI-powered reply generation
ReviewMob uses GPT-4 to generate reply suggestions for your app reviews. The AI reads the review text, understands the sentiment and context, and writes a natural, helpful response.
What the AI considers
When generating a reply, the AI takes into account:
The full review text and any title
The star rating
The sentiment (positive, neutral, or negative)
Your chosen tone and length settings
Your app name for personalization
Any custom instructions you have set
Generating a reply
Open any review and click "Reply with AI". Choose your preferred tone and length, then click "Generate". The AI will produce a reply in a few seconds. You can edit the text before sending, regenerate with different settings, or discard it entirely.
Editing before sending
You always have full control. After generating a reply, click "Edit" to modify the text. Make any changes you want, then send. The AI gives you a starting point. The final reply is always your decision.
The best workflow is to generate a reply, quickly review it for accuracy, make small edits if needed, and send. Most replies need little to no editing.
