What are negative review alerts
Negative review alerts notify you automatically when your app receives a 1 or 2 star review. This lets you respond quickly to unhappy users before a bad experience spreads.
How alerts work
When a new review with a 1 or 2 star rating is synced, ReviewMob sends a notification to your configured channels. The alert includes the review text, rating, platform, and a direct link to the review so you can reply immediately.
Setting up alerts
Negative review alerts are configured in your workspace settings. When enabled, you will be notified when your app receives a 1 or 2 star review so you can respond quickly.
Plan requirements
Negative review alerts are available on the Pro plan and above.
