What is the AI Template Generator
The AI Template Generator creates ready-to-use reply templates based on common review themes. Instead of writing templates from scratch, the AI analyzes patterns in your reviews and suggests templates that cover frequent topics like bug reports, feature requests, and positive feedback.
Generating templates
Go to Settings > Templates and click "Generate with AI". Choose a category (like "Bug reports" or "Positive reviews") and the AI will create a template tailored to your app. You can edit the generated template before saving.
Customizing generated templates
Every generated template is fully editable. Adjust the tone, add your support links, or tweak the wording to match your brand voice. Generated templates work just like manually created ones.
