Filters and Search

ReviewMob has over 10 filter types to help you find exactly what you are looking for. Filters can be combined, so you can create very specific views like "1-star iOS reviews from Germany about crashes".

Type any word or phrase in the search bar to find reviews containing that text. Search works across review titles and bodies in real time.

Filter by star rating (1 through 5). Select one or more ratings to see only reviews with those stars. Great for focusing on negative reviews that need attention.

Filter by "All", "Needs Reply", or "Has Reply". Use "Needs Reply" to find reviews waiting for a response.

Filter by "All", "Unread", or "Read". New reviews come in as unread so you can track what you have already seen.

Filter by "Positive", "Neutral", or "Negative". ReviewMob automatically analyzes the sentiment of each review so you can quickly find unhappy users.

Filter reviews by time period: last 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. Useful for tracking review trends over specific periods.

Filter by the reviewer's country. The dropdown shows all countries where you have received reviews, with flag icons for easy identification.

Filter by the app version the reviewer was using. Very useful for tracking issues introduced in a specific release.

Use the issue keywords filter to find reviews mentioning bugs, crashes, or errors. You can also enter custom keywords to search for specific topics.

Switch between "All", "Android", and "iOS" to see reviews from a specific platform. This filter is at the top of the dashboard for quick access.
