What it shows
The rating distribution chart shows how many reviews you have at each star level (1 through 5). It is displayed as a bar chart with each bar colored differently: red for 1 star, orange for 2, yellow for 3, green for 4, and blue for 5.
Reading the chart
A healthy app typically has a tall 5-star bar and progressively shorter bars as you go down. If your 1-star or 2-star bars are unusually tall compared to your competitors, that signals issues worth investigating.
Platform comparison
Switch between Android and iOS to see how ratings differ by platform. It is common for ratings to vary between platforms due to different user demographics and device experiences.
