1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReviewMob ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReviewMob is a SaaS platform that helps app developers manage reviews from Google Play Store and Apple App Store. The Service includes AI-powered reply suggestions, review analytics, sentiment analysis, and auto-translation features.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. API Credentials

To use the Service, you must provide valid API credentials for Google Play Console and/or App Store Connect. These credentials are encrypted using AES-256-CBC encryption and stored securely. You are responsible for ensuring that your API credentials have the appropriate permissions and that their use complies with Google's and Apple's terms of service.

5. Subscription and Billing

The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After the 14-day period, no refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

6. Usage Limits

Each subscription plan has usage limits including the number of apps, AI replies per month, and team members. If you exceed your plan limits, you may need to upgrade to a higher plan. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access if usage significantly exceeds plan limits.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI (OpenAI GPT-4) to generate reply suggestions. These are suggestions only - you are responsible for reviewing and approving all replies before they are published. We are not responsible for the content of AI-generated suggestions or any consequences of publishing them.

8. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service, including reviews synced from app stores and replies you create. We do not claim ownership of your data. We may use aggregated, anonymized data for improving the Service.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to: (a) violate any laws or regulations; (b) send spam, abusive, or misleading replies; (c) attempt to access other users' data; (d) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; (e) use the Service in any way that could damage or overburden our infrastructure.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
